Win-win and art

I am currently in the process of outlining and disgusting as much as I can from a book called "REDUCING SOCIAL TENSION AND CONFLICT Through the Group Conversation Method" By Rachel Davis DuBois and Mew-Soong Li, to share it indepth in the future. As I was going though the process, I discovered this neat quote by John Dewey from his book titled "Art as Experience"...

"Any experience is an art experience if it has harmony, balance and rhythm and if every successive part flows freely into what ensues, with no sacrifice of self-identity of any of the parts...Indeed, leaders often have the feeling that in the group process unrelated individuals like unrelated pigments become related in the art process."

Wow, what a great definition of the Win-Win mindset! This is also congruent with Ken Wilber's philosophy of things consisting of "whole parts" instead of JUST wholes or parts.
